The rules are simple: I put the self-timer on 2 seconds, push the button and try to get as far from the camera as I can.

Stairs!!
A good new challenge for the Running from Camera series.

You run up stairs.
You run down stairs.
Okay, that's fine.
But please be careful.
The knees are the first thing to go.
Or at least that's what they told me when I was young.
But in my particular case, it's a toss-up between the brain and the liver.
(Which is not to say the knees aren't going, too!!!)

The angles are on this are great. I love that you're running down one set of stairs, but you can see another set of stairs just beyond you.
