I am not trying to be rude, but it LOOKS (I could be wrong) that these are ALL staged where people are "running" from the camera. if not, GREAT, interesting that you were able to get people, but if they're all staged, well ehhh.
I am though, jealous about your web design, I can't seem to get mine "off" the ground, as I used to know HTML, but now I SUCK at it! Seems I am TRYING but having a HORRIBLe time. Should take a class. Any free places you know to check out? Maybe I should just google!?
It's really great idea!:) Haven't you thought about developing it, e.g to some bigger blog project? So that other people, foreigners could publish their own "running from camera" photos. I mean, as you can see, there's captured not only a runner's back in these photos, but environment and landscape too. Personaly, I would "read" such blog with pleasure:) Think about it.
bonjour, excellente idée ! (chacun de nous a les siennes, ça permet des échanges photographiques !) == Hello, excellent idea! (each from us has his ideas, then we can exchange them !) http://watercollection.fr/
A fantastic site that goes to show even the most simple of ideas can have a powerful impact on the viewer.
It would be interesting to know your thoughts on your project and where you think it can go next.
I figure that you can begin to think of running away from camera in more 'interesting' situations - a demonstration, a sports event or somewhere, sometime or event of significance.
I really like the idea of having other people post you their pictures of running from camera - are we not all running, whatever our circumstances?
Saying that, though, I think it would spoil the effect if too much meaning was attached to each image. The viewer needs to be able to relate to each picture from their own starting point, but if interests grows - it may become out of your hands.
I will look at my own photography in a new light and wonder how I can make a simple, but effective change to what I do that can offer my work a much needed spark.

Well done. Definitely a different approach to "portraits"
Wow, these are teriffic. I may have to try some running myself.
It just goes to show that no matter where you go in the world, you can never run away from yourself.
I guess we're all running from something.

HAY!! You look JUST LIKE the asshole that stole my wallet last night.
No REALLY!
Give it back.
How long you been workin' on this?
You run like a chicken, man.

Very cool idea man, I love em, just don't let your camera get stolen!! :)
Te gek!!!!
Mar wanneer krijgen we de voorkant te zien?
totally gay and lacks anything artistic. this just proves that any retard with a camera thinks he is the next Man Ray.
Felicitaciones !!
Me gusta mucho su idea adelante.

Really means. I didn't think of it first, so poo poo to you.
You have established a new method of exercise and weight loss. It may be worth the try; one way to see yourself in action from behind.
At first I thought you only onwed one pair of pants. Looks like you finally got another pair about halfway through.
Cool idea.

@Anonymous: Everybody is entitled to their opinion... I remove comments if they are really offensive, not if they are just negative.
